At EA Industries, we take pride in providing high-quality wheels and tyres for our customers. Our warranty policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and offers you peace of mind when purchasing our products. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Warranty Coverage

EA Industries offers a manufacturer’s warranty for all wheels and tyres sold through our website. This warranty covers:

  • Wheels: Structural defects or manufacturing faults under normal use for a period of [insert specific period, e.g., 1-3 years] from the date of purchase.
  • Tyres: Manufacturing defects, including tread separation, sidewall failure, and other workmanship-related issues under normal use for a period of [insert specific period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase.

This warranty is provided in addition to any statutory guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. What is Covered

  • Structural damage due to manufacturing defects.
  • Improper fitting issues caused by manufacturing errors.
  • Premature wear due to defective materials.

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorised personnel.
  • Damage from off-road use, racing, or competition.
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or surface rust caused by external factors (e.g., road debris, salt, etc.).
  • Any damage caused by incorrect air pressure, improper wheel alignment, or failure to maintain proper care of the tyres.

4. Claim Process

If you believe your wheels or tyres are defective and eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of noticing the defect by contacting our customer service team at info@eaindustries.com.au.
  2. Inspection: We may request images of the defect or ask you to return the product for inspection. If necessary, we will arrange a return shipment.
  3. Assessment: If the product is deemed to be defective under our warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.

5. Exclusion of Liability

EA Industries' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of use, or any costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of wheels or tyres.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
