Overview

EA Industries & Investment Pty Ltd is committed to providing high-quality automotive wheels, tyres, and accessories. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with EA Industries, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

Our products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides consumers with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.

 

Change of Mind

EA Industries does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. We strongly recommend that you:

       Verify all wheel and tyre specifications against your vehicle before ordering

       Confirm PCD, offset, centre bore, and brake clearance compatibility prior to purchase

       Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about fitment — phone 0412 054 790 or email orders@eaindustries.com.au

 

As a goodwill gesture only, EA Industries may accept a cancellation request if it is made within 24 hours of placing your order and your order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to orders@eaindustries.com.au with your order number. This is offered at EA Industries' sole discretion and does not constitute a legal right.

 

Wheels & Tyres — Fitment Policy

Once wheels or tyres have been fitted to a vehicle, they cannot be returned under any circumstances. Fitment constitutes acceptance of the product. EA Industries accepts no liability for:

       Incorrect fitment resulting from customer error in selecting specifications

       Modifications required to fit products to a vehicle

       Damage caused by improper installation or use

       Cosmetic wear or damage occurring after fitment

 

It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that all products are compatible with their vehicle before fitment. If you are unsure, do not fit the product — contact us first.

 

Faulty or Defective Products

If your product is faulty or defective upon delivery, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. To lodge a faulty product claim:

       Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

       Email orders@eaindustries.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs of the defect

       Do not fit the product to your vehicle — fitting a product you believe to be faulty waives your right to a return

 

For a major failure as defined under the ACL, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, EA Industries reserves the right to offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

 

Transit Damage

EA Industries takes great care in packaging all orders to minimise the risk of transit damage. However, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. The following conditions apply to all transit damage claims:

       You must photograph or video the outer packaging before opening your order

       You must photograph all damaged items clearly, showing the nature and extent of damage

       Transit damage must be reported to EA Industries within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@eaindustries.com.au with your order number and all supporting photos

 

Claims reported outside the 48-hour window will not be accepted as EA Industries cannot verify whether damage occurred during transit or after delivery. This is a strict requirement and no exceptions will be made.

 

Where a valid transit damage claim is accepted, EA Industries will arrange replacement of the damaged items as the primary remedy. A refund will only be offered where a suitable replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Products Not as Described

If you receive a product that is materially different from what was described on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@eaindustries.com.au with your order number and photographs. EA Industries will assess the claim and where valid, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the ACL.

 

Return Shipping

Where a return is authorised by EA Industries:

       For faulty, defective, or incorrectly described products — EA Industries will cover reasonable return shipping costs

       All other authorised returns — return shipping is at the customer's expense

       Products must be returned in original, unfitted condition with all original packaging

       EA Industries recommends using a tracked shipping service for all returns — we are not liable for items lost in return transit

 

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of EA Industries receiving and inspecting the returned goods. EA Industries will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

 

Consumer Guarantees — Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
