Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EA Industries website (eaindustries.com.au) and the purchase of products from EA Industries & Investment Pty Ltd (ABN 666 160 274). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

 

Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted once payment has been received and confirmed. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and eWAY, supporting major credit and debit cards. EA Industries reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided.

 

Product Descriptions & Fitment

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and fitment information are accurate. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that wheels and tyres are compatible with their vehicle before purchasing.

 

EA Industries accepts no liability for:

•       Incorrect fitment resulting from customer error

•       Modifications required to fit products to a vehicle

•       Damage caused by improper installation

 

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Brake Clearance Warning

Customers with Holden VF GTS models fitted with Brembo brakes must verify brake clearance prior to purchase. Not all wheel profiles are compatible with VF GTS Brembo brake callipers. EA Industries accepts no liability for incompatibility resulting from failure to verify this prior to purchase.

 

Warranty

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

 

Warranty does not cover:

•       Damage caused by improper installation or use

•       Normal wear and tear

•       Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

•       Cosmetic damage after fitment

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EA Industries' liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding is the intellectual property of EA Industries & Investment Pty Ltd. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
