Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Smeaton Grange, NSW. Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment being received and cleared.

 

Standard estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:

•       Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 5–8 business days

•       Regional and rural areas: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping applies to the following order types:

•       Wheels only (per set): $200

•       Wheel and Tyre Packages (per set): $300

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to orders@eaindustries.com.au containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Damaged or Lost in Transit

EA Industries takes great care in packaging all orders to ensure safe delivery. However, damage or loss during transit can occasionally occur.

 

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

•       Photograph or video the outer packaging before opening

•       Photograph all damaged items clearly

•       Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@eaindustries.com.au with your order number and photos

 

Claims reported outside this 48-hour window may not be accepted as we cannot verify whether damage occurred during transit or after delivery. EA Industries reserves the right to assess each claim individually.

Pick up is available at the following EA Industries dealer locations:

 

Custom Wheels & Tyres Penrith

•       2/1 Peachtree Road, Penrith NSW

•       Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

•       Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

 

Statewide Rims & Tyres

•       557 Woodville Rd, Guildford NSW 2161

•       Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

•       Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
